Scentomist Return & Exchange Policy

At Scentomist, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the perfume remaining in the bottle

  • The original box must be returned with the product

  • Return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

🔁 Processing Time:

  • All valid return and exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days

  • In case of a refund, please allow an additional 2 working days for the payment to reflect

💸 Shipping & Charges:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs

  • For orders above Rs. 5,000, we offer exchange only — these are not eligible for a refund

  • If you received a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, we will cover all return/exchange delivery charges

All return and exchange claims can be processed directly through WhatsApp for your convenience.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
